Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These terms apply to anyone using pirqaleno.com. There is no account, no purchase and nothing to agree to formally; if the terms do not suit you, the practical answer is to stop reading.
1. What is published
Pirqaleno publishes written strategy material about casual gem and candy matching games on mobile: how to read a board, in what order to deal with obstacles, and what to check on a store listing before installing anything. It is editorial writing offered as general information. It is not professional advice, and it is not a developer’s documentation.
No software is distributed from this site. There is no download of any kind beyond the pages themselves — no installer, no APK, no repackaged build, no mirror. Games discussed here are obtained from the stores their publishers use.
Reading costs nothing. One paid item exists, the workbook described in section 5, ordered by email rather than bought on the page.
2. How long the accuracy lasts
Every page carries the date its text was last reviewed. Games change after that date without notice: boards are reseeded, special pieces are altered, monetisation is changed, apps are withdrawn. Something written accurately can become wrong through nobody’s fault. Where a detail matters to you, confirm it on the app’s current store listing, which is authoritative in a way this site is not.
The site is offered as is and as available, with no warranty that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.
3. The text
The writing, the arrangement of the pages and the tables belong to James Wilson and are protected by copyright. Read them, print a copy for yourself, quote a short passage with attribution and a link. Republication, translation or inclusion in another product requires written permission. Game titles, studio names and platform names appear descriptively and remain the property of their owners.
4. Links to other places
A link off this domain leads to material controlled by somebody else, whose accuracy, availability, terms and data practices are theirs alone. Including a link is not an endorsement, a recommendation to spend money, or a warranty about what you will find. These terms and the Privacy Policy cease to apply the moment you follow one.
5. The Opening Board Workbook
One thing on this site is paid for: a PDF called the Opening Board Workbook. James Wilson sells it as a private individual, not as a business. There is no shop here, no checkout, no payment page, and no card details are collected anywhere on this domain.
An order starts as an email. The reply carries Interac e-Transfer details; once the transfer arrives, the PDF is sent to the address the order came from, usually within two business days. The price is CAD 11, paid once. Nothing renews, nothing is held for a later charge, and no account is created.
The file is licensed to the buyer for personal use: print it, keep it on your own devices, write all over it — that is what it is for. Reselling, uploading or circulating it is not permitted, and it is supplied unprotected on the understanding that the restriction will be respected.
Delivery of a digital file is complete when the message is sent. If it never arrives, or arrives and will not open, write and choose a resend or a full refund; no reason is needed and no deadline applies. Beyond that a delivered and opened file is not refunded, which is the ordinary position for a digital item and removes no consumer right available to you that cannot be waived by agreement.
The workbook is written and drawn entirely by James Wilson. It contains no material belonging to any developer, is not licensed or endorsed by anyone, and buying it gives you no rights in any game it discusses.
6. Liability
So far as the law permits, James Wilson is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content, including indirect and consequential loss, loss of data, and costs incurred through third-party software or an app store. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Nothing here affects consumer rights available to you that cannot be waived by agreement.
7. Acceptable use
Read it, link to it, quote it briefly, bookmark it. Do not scrape it at a rate that affects availability, do not test or attempt access to the hosting account, and do not republish the material under someone else’s name.
8. Contact
Corrections, complaints and formal notices go to [email protected]. Quoting the page and the sentence usually settles matters in a single exchange. Replies normally take a couple of business days.
9. Revisions and governing law
These terms may be revised; the version on this page, with the date above, is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after a revision accepts it.
The laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, and the courts of Manitoba have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
